About the Fitness Program at Exhale!

Group Fitness Classes… a great way to start a regular exercise program

Fitness classes at Exhale! provides a full-body workout using a variety of training techniques and fitness challenges. We offer the following evening classes:

  • Monday, 5-5:50pm   CARDIO: A cardio interval format, followed by a stretch segment.
  • Wednesday, 5-5:50pm   STRENGTH: A strength training format using fun toys – TRX, BOSU, KETTLEBELLS

You don’t have to be a professional dancer or a kick boxing expert; it’s all about learning proper technique, getting your heart rate up and having a good time. Whether you have a lot of experience with workouts and fitness, or if you are just getting started, working out in a group setting can be an ideal way to improve your fitness capacity and have FUN!!

Injury Prevention

We keep classes small to make sure you don’t get lost in the crowd. Teachers are certified in their area of specialty and use hands-on corrections and demonstrate correct form to help prevent injuries and to maximize results… and will modify exercises for your specific needs.

Achieve Your Personal Fitness Goals

A group class can motivate you to push beyond personal boundaries and achieve new goals, especially when the instructor is timing your set or asking for “just 5 more!”  You will always be encouraged to focus on your own body and to self-monitor exercise intensity to stay safe.

Begin to Enjoy Exercise

Even if you think you “hate” exercise a group class at Exhale! can become a social activity that you look forward to. Most of our classes have energetic music to keep you pumped up and get you going, and working out with others takes your mind off the “work”.

Group classes are a great way to develop a consistent exercise routine. Just show up and join in!
