Pilates Private Lessons

Pilates Private Lessons lessons are designed to meet you at your stage of life and fitness level, and tailored to your specific needs and abilities. You will meet one-on-one with a certified instructor who will work closely with you to establish reasonable and achievable goals, provide detailed instruction in the fundamentals and principles of Pilates, and inspire you to experience your body in a whole new way.

Private lessons increase self-awareness of your unique movement habits and help retrain new, more efficient movement patterns. Your teacher will modify and progress your program to make certain you achieve the maximum benefit from each workout, making this the safest and most precise method for learning Pilates.
